Terms and Conditions for Brujos+Friends, Tokyo Japan
Effective Date: July 5 – 6, 2025
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Festival, you agree to comply with the following
terms and conditions:

General Information
This document outlines the terms under which attendees may enter and participate in the
Festival. These terms govern the relationship between you and the Festival copyrights
owner and organizer, Unusual Holdings KK.
Ticket Information
- Purchase: Tickets can be purchased through https://9b443ec4a1.nxcli.io/
- Age Requirement: All attendees must be at least 21 years old; valid photo ID will be
  required for entry.
- Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable.
Admission and Entry
- Attendees must present their ticket (printed or digital) along with valid identification
  at the entrance.
- Tickets are non-transferrable, returnable, or for resale by proxy. Purchases on
  behalf another individual is allowed, subject to credentials check at the festival entry
  point.
- Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals without the proper festival
  entry requirements stated in the
- Security personnel may conduct bag checks and may refuse entry for any
  prohibited items, including but not limited to outside beverages, weapons, or illegal
  substances.
Alcohol Consumption
- Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. The Festival promotes responsible
  drinking and reserves the right to refuse service to any attendee deemed to be
  intoxicated.
- In situations where an attendee is deemed to be a nuisance or a threat to the
  normal functioning and management of the festival, the organizers reserve the right
  to remove the individual(s) from the event grounds and refuse further entry.
Health and Safety
- By purchasing a ticket, the attendee is aware of his personal health condition and is
  aware of the health warnings issued by Japan authorities surrounding alcohol
  consumption
- Attendees must comply with all health and safety guidelines as deemed necessary
  by local authorities, including any applicable COVID-19 protocols.
- The Festival is committed to providing a safe environment, and attendees are
  encouraged to report any unsafe conditions to Festival staff.
Code of Conduct
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others. Disruptive or
  inappropriate behavior, including harassment, fighting, or vandalism, will not be
  tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Festival without refund.
- The Festival is a family-friendly event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate for a
  public setting may result in expulsion.
Liability Waiver
- Attendees assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption and participation in the Festival. The Festival organizers will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses associated with attendance.
Photography and Media
- By entering the Festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed for
  promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform
  Festival staff.
Changes and Cancellations
- The Festival organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event due to
  unforeseen circumstances. In the case of cancellation, attendees will be notified.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Japan

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Festival, you acknowledge that you have read
and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

[Event Cancellation and Force Majeure Disclaimer]

This event may be canceled or postponed due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis), fire, flood, outbreaks of infectious diseases, government-imposed restrictions, war, terrorism, strikes, major transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizer and venue operator.

In such cases, ticket fees will not be refunded as a general rule. We are also unable to compensate for travel or accommodation costs. Please be sure to understand and accept these terms before purchasing tickets.

However, this does not apply in cases where the organizer decides to cancel the event and has clearly announced that refunds will be issued.

チケットを購入することまたはフェスティバルに参加することにより、以下の利用規約に従うことに同意します。

一般情報
この文書は、参加者がフェスティバルに入場し参加するための条件を明記しています。これらの条件は、あなたとフェスティバルの著作権所有者および主催者であるUnusual Holdings KKとの関係を規定します。

チケット情報

年齢要件：全ての参加者は21歳以上である必要があります。入場時には有効な写真付きIDが必要です。
返金ポリシー：チケットは返金不可です。

入場と入館
参加者は入場時にチケット（印刷されたものまたはデジタル）と有効な身分証明書を提示する必要があります。
チケットは譲渡不可で、返品または代理での再販はできません。別の個人のために購入することは許可されていますが、フェスティバルの入場ポイントでの身分証明書の確認が必要です。
主催者は、指示されている適切なフェスティバル入場要件を満たさない個人への入場を拒否する権利を留保します。
警備員はバッグチェックを行うことがあり、禁止されているアイテム（外部の飲料、武器、違法物質を含むがこれに限定されない）について入場を拒否することがあります。

アルコール消費
ゲストは責任を持って飲酒することが奨励されます。フェスティバルは責任ある飲酒の推進に努めており、酩酊していると見なされる参加者へのサービスを拒否する権利を留保します。
参加者がフェスティバルの正常な運営や管理に対する迷惑行為や脅威と見なされた場合、主催者はその個人をイベント会場から退去させ、今後の入場を拒否する権利を留保します。

健康と安全
チケットを購入することにより、参加者は自身の健康状態を認識しており、アルコール消費に関する日本当局からの健康警告を理解していることを確認します。
参加者は、地方当局が必要と認めるすべての健康および安全ガイドラインに従う必要があります。これには、適用可能なCOVID-19プロトコルも含まれます。
フェスティバルは安全な環境の提供に努めており、参加者は危険な状況をフェスティバルスタッフに報告することが奨励されています。

行動規範
参加者は他者に対して尊重をもって行動することが期待されています。迷惑行為や不適切な行動（ハラスメント、喧嘩、破壊行為を含む）は許容されず、返金なしでのフェスティバルからの即時退場につながる可能性があります。
フェスティバルは家族向けのイベントです。公共の場に不適切と見なされる行動は、退場につながる可能性があります。

責任の免除
参加者は、飲酒およびフェスティバルへの参加に伴うすべてのリスクを引き受けます。フェスティバルの主催者は、参加に伴ういかなる怪我、損害、または損失についても責任を負いません。

写真およびメディア
フェスティバルに入場することにより、あなたはプロモーション目的で写真を撮られたり、撮影されたりすることに同意します。撮影を希望しない場合は、フェスティバルスタッフにお知らせください。

変更とキャンセル
フェスティバルの主催者は、不可抗力によってイベントをキャンセルまたは変更

【イベント中止・不可抗力に関する免責事項】

本イベントは、天災（地震・台風・津波など）、火災、洪水、感染症の流行、政府による行動制限、戦争、テロ、ストライキ、交通機関の重大な障害、その他主催者および施設事業者の責に帰さない不可抗力により、中止または延期となる場合があります。

その場合、原則としてチケット代金の払い戻しは行いません。また、旅費・宿泊費等の補償もいたしかねます。あらかじめご了承のうえ、お申し込みください。

※ただし、主催者判断により中止となり、かつ事前に払い戻しを告知した場合には、この限りではありません。
